With over 30 years in fibreglass manufacturing, Andrew is an industry expert whose creativity knows no bounds. Known for his whistling through the factory and status as the resident “Dance Dad” and classic Mini car enthusiast, he brings both expertise and personality to every Tickle Tub created.
Louise Shadwell | Partner | Logistics and Design
Louise is the glue that keeps us all together. The creative drive behind developing new, innovative quality products and staying ontop of everything admin. She is the link between Sales, Production and Delivery, and the final sign-off on every tub.
Thombekhaya “Tommy” | Production Lead
The Queen of our factory, Tommy brings 15 years of master craftsmanship to our team. Her radiant smile and infectious laugh brighten our workspace, while her extraordinary skill ensures every Tickle Tub meets our highest standards. A dedicated mother and grandmother, her leadership through example has earned her the respect of the entire team.

A true artisan with an eye for detail, Johnathan excels in mold-making and precision work. As our resident “factory dad,” he ensures everyone feels supported while maintaining the highest quality standards. His dedication to craft and family values make him an invaluable team member.

Our resident specialist knows every aspect of Tickle Tub production inside and out. With his expertise in steelwork and quality control, Marcellino ensures every product meets our exacting standards. The youngest yet one of our most skilled team members, Vincent brings artistry to our finishing process.
